Yes, the products we sell are not sourced from manufacturers on the NDAA banned list nor use components internally from those companies. This also applies to the new FCC ruling about restricted licensing of NDAA banned products. You can feel confident that we are proving safe, reliable security products.

We provide design services to help you pick the best cameras and their locations throughout your job locations. If you are a local customer in San Diego, we can even provide on-site job walks free of charge. You can rest assured that we will continue to provide support to our customers with any questions that come up before, during, or after the systems are installed. We have decades of knowledge with surveillance cameras and will use the knowledge to assist you.

Our systems do not have any reoccurring fees, the cameras save their footage to the NVR and you can playback the saved video either locally or remotely. You can interact with the system through the free smartphone app with an easy to use QR-code based enrollment, desktop software, web browser interface, or through the local monitor connected to the NVR. One exception is cloud-recording, if you want to add this optional, third-party service then you would need to pay monthly for it (cloud recording is not required for our system to work)

We have partnered with VideoLoft to provide cloud recording to our customers. This service integrates directly with Uniview NVRs making it simple to add all of your cameras (or any specific number you would like) to their cloud service. They have simple, up-front pricing and this service can be added or cancelled whenever you like.
