True WDR Icon

 

WDR or wide dynamic range is a function where the camera is able to focus on both high and low contrast portions of the image at the same.  Typically a camera would focus only one part of the image making the opposing portion of the image either too dark or too bright depending on the focus point.  Cheaper cameras use digital WDR which just uses software to attempt to fix this but generally gives mediocre results, our cameras are equipped with True WDR which adds physical hardware designed to correctly fix this problem.

Ultra H.265 technology is designed to save you money by using less hard drive space and bandwidth. It consists of the standard H.265 compression and U-code technology which was exclusively developed by Uniview to have excellent bitrate control and bandwidth reduction while maintaining perfect image quality. It is not only a compression technology, but a cutting-edge end-to-end solution.
